General Description

The University College Cork is proud is to offer the John A. Murphy Prize in Irish History. It is established in honor of professor John A. Murphy. The prize is valued at €200. It is open to students in the History Department. The student must receive the highest mark in the BA seminar dissertation topic in Irish History. The student must attain the equivalent of First Class Honours in the dissertation. The award consists of a sum of money and a parchment.
