General Description

The William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan Program in addition to the City University London align together to provide funding for covering the living expenses and tuition fees. For applying, please make a Free Application for Federal Student Aid “FAFSA”. The Cost of Attendance is the academic year’s amount of money, which students need to cover living expenses, course materials and to pay their tuition fees. The CoA for postgraduate students is £21,790 for 52 weeks. The cost for undergraduates for 39 weeks is £17,045. Itemized CoA includes Travel around London (excl. flights) £25, Insurance £5, Phone costs £8, One off set up fees (accommodation deposit etc.) £20, Visa Application £310 per year, Accommodation £225, Food £45, Entertainment £30, Course Materials (textbooks etc.) £7, International Flights (return tickets x2) £1,500 per year and PC/Printer £1,000 per year.

The tuition fees will be paid over 3 installments as the first one will be at the point of registration. It will be automatically paid through the US Loan disbursement that you have.

Requirements

Students who are enrolled in programmes based in the United States, on any study with U.S based will not be eligible for the scholarship. Diploma courses and courses offered in overseas website will not make students eligible for scholarships, but Speech, Law and language therapy PG Diploma are eligible. Nursing students at City University will not be eligible too.
