Parents Learning Allowance

General Description

The National Health Service pays bursaries to students of health-related university degrees. The Parents Learning Allowance is an one-off subsidy of up to £1,192 (currently about 1490 euro) to help with course-related costs such as books, photocopying and material.


These allowances are open to students of disciplines related to healthcare. The allowances are means-tested. Applicants must be permanent residents of the United Kingdom. .
