General Description

Professor Ronald Gillespie is a graduate of UCL who did his Ph.D. work with Sir Christopher Ingold. Together they developed the valence shell electron pair repulsion (VSEPR) model of molecular structure. Professor Ronald Gillespie funds an annual prize of £500 to students with excellent past academic performance intending to study for a PhD.

Requirements

All UCL graduates intending to continue studying for a PhD in inorganic chemistry in the Department of Chemistry at UCL are concerned.
