The Science without Borders scheme is funded and managed by the Brazilian government. The University of Birmingham is one of the chosen UK institutes to take part in the scheme. It provides scholarships to undergraduate and PhD students to study for one year in the UK. Full PhD study scholarships are available too.
Each level has a set of supported subjects. Undergraduates must at least have completed one year of a university degree programme. PhD students must be holders of a Magister degree or equivalent. Applicants must meet English language conditions: TOEFL 82 for undergraduates and 100 for postgraduates.
