General Description

The Economic and Social Research Council funds a 1+3 Collaborative PhD Studentship. The other three parties involved are the University of Edinburgh, the City of Edinburgh Council and Scotland’s Risk Management Authority. The scholar will conduct research related to sexual offending. Mentorship and supervision will be provided by experienced professors. Successful candidate will be exempt from paying tuition fees and might get a maintenance grant (UK students only).

Requirements

Applicants must hold a 1st Class or 2:1 Honours degree in a relevant social science that is recognized by the ESRC. Full awards (tuition fee + stipend) are accessible only to UK students and EU students who have been living in the UK for three years prior to applying.
