General Description
The Weir Fund offers financial support to students carrying out extra-curricular fieldwork. It is available for students studying at the College of Science and Engineering at the University of Edinburgh.
Requirements
Applicants can be undergraduate or postgraduate students on an eligible course. The study program must not be part of the course though. Applicants can apply multiple times. All students who receive an award must write a report on their work after the study is complete.
