General Description
The Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS) is funded by the UK government. It offers support to students at UK universities who are also elite athletes. Over 40 sports are included in the scheme. The award varies from student-to-student. It includes financial help plus help with the student's physical training. This includes access to coaches, physiotherapists, gyms etc.
Requirements
This scholarship is for exceptional athletes. As a result successful applicants must already be competing at national or international level in their chosen sport. Students must be over 18 to qualify. And they must participate in one of the listed sports.
