The UCL Student Hardship Funds aim to assist students who are experiencing unforseen financial hardship in spite of having made realistic provisions to continue their studies. The grants are open to
students in any Faculty and in any year of their programme of study. The award is up to a maximum of £1,000 paid one time only.
Applicants should be enrolled in a recognised degree or diploma programme of study. Applicants must have paid their fees in full. Applicants should have completed at least one term of their study programme at UCL. Applicants should have first applied to the Access to Learning fund first.
