The University of Bradford offers 428 scholarships within the framework of the National Scholarship Programme. These scholarships will consist of a discount of £1,500 off tuition fees in year one, an allowance of £1,000 to cover accomodation costs in designated student residences (students living elsewhere will be awarded these £1,000 in the form of a further discount towards their tuition fees) and an additional £500 loaded onto a Smartcard designed to pay for University services.
This scholarship is open to prospective full-time first year students of undergraduate degrees taught at the University of Bradford. Applicants must be permanent residents of England, liable for full tuition fees; their household income must not exceed £25,000. Potential candidates who have already finished a higher education degree may not apply.
