General Description

The Newman University College, Birmingham is offering 118 scholarships, worth £3000 each, within the framework of the National Scholarship Programme. Grantees will receive the scholarship in the first year of their studies.

Requirements

These scholarships are open to prospective first year students of undergraduate degrees taught at the Newman University College, Birmingham. Applicants must be classed as Home/UK students; their household income must not exceed £25000. Candidates should have achieved grades equivalent to ABB or higher at A2 level. Underrepresented groups such as care leavers, mature students and students with disabilities will be given priority. Neither students with permanent residence in Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland nor prospective students who have transferred from other degree programmes and/or universities can apply for these scholarships.
