General Description

Durham University offers 25 Vice-Chancellor's Scholarships for Music, Sports, and Arts to prospective full-time home undergraduate students who can demonstrate an exceptional level of excellence in Sport, Music or the Arts. These scholarships are worth up to £2000.

Requirements

Successful applicants will be prospective full-time home undergraduate students of the University of Durham who can demonstrate an exceptional level of excellence in Sport, Music or the Arts (e.g. participation in sporting or musical events at a national or international level) and who are willing to play an active part in Durham University's sporting, musical and performing communities. Candidates will be required to submit a short statement explaining why they should receive the award, accompanied by a reference letter. The students must also be willing to play an active part in the university's communities.
