General Description
The grant is directed to applicants Applications are university lecturers of history whose main focus is Austrian history. Recipients can work as visiting researchers at university departments and carry out specialist studies in libraries, archives or at research institutions. Material support for up to 18 months is provided in addition to follow-up support for grant recipients who have consumed at least 12 scholarship months. The follow-up support includes: yearly invitation to a professionally relevant symposium, yearly endowment for the purchase of specialist literature on the occasion of this symposium, one-month research grant every three years, subscription to a journal on history topics, habilitation grant, publication allowance
Requirements
Applicants should place emphasis on cross-border collaboration in their scientific activities. They must be university lecturers in the area of history who focus on Austrian history.
