General Description
The county of Lagoa wants to assist the further education of young people with economic difficulties. Every year the municipality of Lagoa promotes public tender to award scholarships to students of higher education. It is an individual grant, valid for 10 months. The scholarship may be cumulative with other subsidies that the student receives for the same purpose. For award of the scholarship are considered various aspects, such as the location of the educational establishment, the income earned by the household and school student achievement, among others.
Requirements
Interested students must prove that they have economic difficulties to start or continue their studies. They must reside in the municipality of Lagoa area for more than three years. Must show a great grade points average. Students must be attending for the first time an institution of higher education.
