General Description
As a part of the Germany Scholarships, the University of Passau is awarding scholarships to exceptionally talented new and current students. The Germany Scholarship consists of a monthly sponsorship in the amount of 300 Euro. The scholarship will initially be paid for a year and can be extended according to academic performance to cover the duration of the standard period of study.
Requirements
New and current students in any faculty may apply for the Germany Scholarship. This scholarship is open to current students enrolled at the University of Passau. New students should have achieved an outstanding grade point average in their Abitur (school leaving examinations). Current students must have achieved very good performance to date in their course of study. Moreover, social involvement will be taken into consideration in the evaluation of the application. Special consideration will be given with regards to social, family and personal circumstances. No further prerequisites are noted in this category.
