General Description
The PlaNet Finance Germany eV awards with the program Scholarship University Meets Microfinance grants to fund research stays in developing and emerging countries for bachelor, master or doctoral thesis (PhD) with microfinance topics for students who are enrolled at a university in the European Union. The scholarships in the amount of 1500 EUR each be paid out as grants to travel and accommodation expenses of each stay. University Meets Microfinance offers: • microfinance seminars and lectures in cooperation with partner universities in Europe • scholarship and mentoring program for bachelor master and doctoral students • honoring outstanding master's, doctoral and diploma theses on microfinance • knowledge exchange through workshops with students, microfinance expert practitioners and academics The scholarships in the amount of 1500 EUR each be paid out as grants to travel and accommodation expenses of each stay. Requirements
The scholarship is for applicants with outstanding achievements, who are enrolled at a university in the European Union, awarded with the microfinance topics plan their bachelor, master or doctoral thesis (PhD) and that have a good grade point average. There are no personal criteria.
