General information on this scholarships
General Description
GaMa Sport Scholarship's goal is to help high-level German student athletes to get the chance to compete at US college competitions and to bring more competetive depth in the US college sport. The scholarships cover the tuition fees between 10,000 and 30,000 € each year and the cost for living.
Requirements
The scholarships are for prospective students and bachelor students. Students from all disciplines are welcome.
The applicants shouldn't be older than 25. The scholarships are meant for athletes with top performances. Possible sports are basketball, baseball, cross country, football, horse riding, fencing, field hockey, golf, gymnastics, ice hockey, lacrosse, rowing, skiing, soccer, softball, swimming, diving, synchronized swimming, tennis, track, volleyball, water polo and wrestling (see list of supported sports). Additionally it's necessary to do a TOEFL and a SAT test.
