General Description

The 24+ Advanced Learning Loan is specifically for students who are 24 years and older. Your income and credit will not factor into the decision to grant you the loan. Students must be enrolled in a level 3 or 4 course. The cash amount you will get is dependent on the type of course you are doing, the course fees and the maximum loan that is available to your area of study. The minimum you can get is £300. The money is paid directly to your college. The number of loans you are allowed depend on the area of study you are in, but you can get up to 4. You may qualify if you are a migrant worker, refugee or the child of a Swiss or Turkish national.

Requirements

You must be at least 24 years old. You must be living in the UK or Channel Islands or Isle of Man for a minimum of 3 years prior to your studies.
