General Description

Each year, the Byron Fellowship Educational Foundation awards two travel scholarships to current University College London students, enabling them to participate in a one-week educational programme in a sustainable community in either Indiana or North Carolina, U.S.A. Each bursary includes the cost of accommodations as well as airfare for one student. Although many of the selected candidates are often high academic performers, all other candidates are encouraged to apply, as the organisers are seeking a very diverse group of participants, and there are no specific academic performance requirements to be met in order to receive these Byron Fellowship scholarships.

Requirements

All applicants must be current UCL students registered in either a graduate or postgraduate programme at the university. Applicants must specify in their personal statements which of the locations they prefer.
