General Description
The Directorate General for Higher Education of the University of the Azores is designed to facilitate the process of scholarship awards. This money is offered in accordance to specific terms of each program and the sums are designed to help out students who want to pursue learning or research activities.
Scholarships can also be awarded to students who want to follow degrees at the University but do not have the financial means of achieving this. One’s social situation is a factor in some programs provided by the University.
