General Description
The Russian Ministry of Education and Science assists non-Russian students wishing to study in Russian universities with a monthly allowance of 75000 rubles (currently about 1640 euro), which can be received for a maximum of five years.
Requirements
Applicants must provide a transcript of the courses taken, with indication of the grades obtained. Prospective postgraduate students must also submit a piece of text in Russian summarizing their chosen research topic, as well as a list of relevant publications.
