Universität Passau - Graduiertenförderung nach dem Bayerischen Eliteförderungsgesetz (BayEFG)

General Description

The graduate scholarships according to the Bavarian Elite Support Act have been created to support exceptionally qualified PhD candidates. This scholarship programme is being offered by the University of Passau. The candidates receive a monthly subsidy amount of 1.050,00 EUR. The scholarships are awarded for a period of two years but may be extended in exceptional cases for another year.

Requirements

The graduate scholarships according to the Bavarian Elite Support Act are aimed at all PhD students at Bavarian universities. The application must be made at the beginning of the course. Candidates should show excellent study and examination results. In addition, the expected results of the research project must be of high scientific relevance. The age of 30 may not have been exceeded at the beginning of the scholarship period.
