The Congress of Deputies (Spain) is offering 12 Traineeships for Graduates in Library and Archival Sciences to conduct studies and works of archival, library and documentary related to the Parliament. One of the scholarships will be granted to people with disabilities (33% or more) as long as they fulfil the requirements. Value: 12 months. Value: EURO 1.075.

Requirements

Applicants must have the Spain nationality or from any other country of the EU; have obtained a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Social and Law Sciences or Humanities; prove specific knowledge for at least 300 classroom hours in: Cataloguing in MARC format. ABSYSNET; Service user information services.; Mark-up Languages applied to bibliographic records.; Sources of information in the social sciences, legal, political, economic, financial and European; Searchers for information services; SEO Web; Web 2; Social networks; Management and treatment of resources and electronic materials. Metadata; Digitizing. Management tools for image processing; Analysis and documentary Treatment. Use of documentary languages; Archival description and standardization.
