About this scholarship

General Description

The AITI Chartered Tax Adviser Hunt Scholarship Programme is sponsored by the Irish Tax Institute and is open to barristers and solicitors in Ireland. Students chosen for the scholarship will be placed free of charge on AITI Chartered Tax Adviser programme in order to improve their legal skills and gain work experience. The award is worth €6,000 and all course material are covered. Successful candidates also benefit from a guaranteed work placement in a law or accountancy firm in Dublin.

Requirements

Applicants should not be currently working, but they must also be eligible to work in Ireland as a barrister or solicitor. They cannot be a current student on the programme.
