About this scholarship

General Description

The Centre for International Mobility awards scholarships to non-Finnish postgraduate students and researchers who wish to travel to Finland for their postgraduate studies or research. The scholarship can be applied to for three to twelve months. The scholarship amount is at €1 200 per month.

Requirements

The scholarships are intended for postgraduate students and researchers outside of Finland who study Finnish language or culture or Finno-Ugric languages. Applicants should have at least a Master’s degree. The researcher must have established contact with a Finnish host university. The university works as the applicant to the CIMO Fellowship programme.
