General Description
The Language Scholarships for the European Union are sponsored by the Autonomous Community of Galicia. The scholarships are meant for language study in a European Union member state. There are a total of 113 scholarships available. The maximum value of each scholarship is €1.100.
Requirements
The applicants must students at one of the three universities associated with the Sistema Universitario de Galicia. Or, they should be students at the UNED in Galicia. Students must have obtained a minimum of 50 credits. Students must have at least medium level grades. The language course should last a minimum of three weeks, with a minimum of 15 hours per week. The chosen language should be the official language of the country. Also, students who have already received this scholarship before or who are receiving an Erasmus Scholarship will be excluded from applying.
