General Description

The Study Fund OWL Foundation wants to encourage gifted and needy students in East Westphalia-Lippe. A portion of the funding is reserved for scholarships for needy students. A stipend of 500 EUR per semester is granted. The support is first paid out over a period of two semesters, but may be extended annually up to the period of normal study time.

Requirements

The offer is aimed at students of all disciplines at the University of Bielefeld, University of Paderborn, University of Applied Sciences Bielefeld, University of East Westphalia-Lippe and the Music University Detmold. The support is aimed at students who are in a financial or personal hardship that jeopardizes the start or continuation of their studies. In addition, at least satisfying school or study achievements must be proven. Students with severe disabilities are given preferential treatment. Otherwise, all candidates are equally qualified.
