General Description

Birgit and Gad Rausing's Foundation is a private foundation, independent of universities and colleges. The Foundation's purpose is to promote advanced Swedish scientific research in the humanities, preferably in archeology, history, art history, literature and linguistics, and auxiliary sciences in Sweden and abroad. The amount given varies.

Requirements

The scholarship is given to individuals, research groups, institutions, or similar. Recipients are required to submit a report on the results of the projec, including financial accounting to the Foundation immediately after the completion of the project or if the project runs over several years, an interim report no later than one year after project start. Also, change of direction of the project / time management should be promptly communicated to the Foundation Office.
