General Description

The Dan David Foundation is based in Israel. It offers 20 scholarships each year. Ten of the scholarships are for students studying at the Tel Aviv University. The other 10 are open to students at universities around the world so are available to UK students. The award is worth USD $15,000. It is for doctoral and post-doctoral studies.

Requirements

The scholarships are open to all doctoral and post-doctoral students at UK universities. They must be conducting research within one of the listed fields of study though. These fields are set each year. One is applicable to research looking at the past. Another is for research in the present while the third is for research that looks to the future.
