Resende Municipality - Higher Education Scholarship for students living in Resende

General Description

The Municipality of Resende intended scholarships to its lower income residents. The scholarships have the purpose of supporting the continuation of studies at the end of secondary education. The county wants to collaborate in training their residents. These students in the future will help to develop a better balance in the social, economic and cultural areas of the community.

Requirements

Those interested should attend or want to attend a course of higher education. These courses can be undergraduate or bachelor degree. Not be holders of degree, bachelor degree or equivalent. Reside in the municipality of Resende for over three years. The interested students with over 18 years old must be enrolled in the electoral roll of the municipality. Not take advantage of another scholarship or subsidy equivalent equal to or greater than that allocated by the City Council. The student household must have a per capita monthly income lower than 50% of the national minimum wage.
