The Spanish Royal Academy of Doctors has established an award to honour doctoral dissertations of outstanding quality.

Requirements

Candidates must have submitted a thesis graded "Sobresaliente Cum Laude" according to the Spanish grading system for PhD theses. This thesis must have been written in Spanish and its defence must have taken place within the last academic year. Applicants must be citizens of Spain.
