Bishop Grosseteste University - Childcare Grant

General Description

The Child Care Grant programme is offered at Bishop Grosseteste University to full-time students who have dependent children. To qualify for the grant the children must be in approved or registered childcare. Their parent’s income is assessed to determine if it falls within the required threshold. The amount a parent is given for childcare depends on how many children they have and the level of household income. Up to £148.75 is paid per week to parents with one child and up to £255 per week for two children.

To be eligible for the grant applicants must have dependent children who are in registered or approved childcare. Their income will be assessed.
