About this scholarship

General Description

The Austrian Federal Ministry of Science and Research (BWMF) finances short-term stays of students from the Czech Republic in Austrian higher education institutions with a monthly allowance of 940 euro (1040 euro for scientists), which will be provided for a maximum of 5 months.

Requirements

Applicants must be studying a Master´s degree or a PhD. Candidates are required to submit two letters of recommendation from members of the academic staff of a Czech higher education institution, as well as a statement from the target institution certifying that the diploma thesis/dissertation topic or the research proposal has been accepted. This call is open exclusively to permanent residents of the Czech Republic who are not older than 35 years of age.
