General Description

The SCAM Multimedia Authors Guild in France offers a number of grants under its Brouillons d'un Rêve scheme. One such grant is the Photography and Illustration award, offered to young photographers and illustrators to produce work on the theme of traditional and modern media. There is a maximum of €6000 available.
