German Academic Exchange Centre DAAD - Scholarship for PhD

General Description

The German Academic Exchange Centre DAAD offers scholarships to PhD’s who wish to perform research in a German university or research institutes. The visit can be connected to the dissertation or to a scientific project unrelated to the degree. Up to EUR 1 000 can be received monthly, for up to 10 months in case of a scientific project and up to 4 years in case of the dissertation.

Requirements

The applicants are required to have adequate knowledge of German language as well as proper qualifications to perform the research desired. The application must take place no later than 3 years after the beginning of the PhD studies.
