General Description

The General Council of Haute-Marne offers student loans (interest free) to those in need. €1500-€3000 will be assign to successful applicant, depending on family income.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in a higher education institution in France and have parents who are domiciled in Haute-Maine. Family income will be taken into account.
