General Description
The UCL Hong Kong Alumni Scholarships are available to full time undergraduate students from Hong Kong. The scholarships consist of the UCL Hong Kong Alumni Scholarship, the Professor Denys Holland and Cowan Cheung Scholarship and the Vinson and Cissy Chu Charitable Foundation Scholarship. Each of these scholarships are awarded in rotation annually. The scholarship selection criteria are based on academic excellence and financial need. The scholarship award is £10,000 per year towards tuition fees for a maximum duration of 4 years, renewable subject to satisfactory academic performance.
Requirements
Applicants must be Hong Kong permanent ID card holders or Chinese students who have received full-time education in Hong Kong and/or China for no less than five of the eight years immediately prior to the start of study at UCL. Candidates must not be currently studying in the UK or enrolled at UCL. Only self-financing students are eligible.
