University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria - International Volunteering Programme

General Description

The University Las Palmas Gran Canaria (ULPGC) if presenting their International Volunteering Programme for the development, and awareness of the university community in solidarity values. This is the opportunity to live an international experience on a voluntary basis, which enables students to live a different reality than the one they are used to, delving into other countries, cultures and people, where their knowledge and skills will be of great support in the everyday, both organizations, as in societies in which they get involved. There are two programmes: a) Short term stay, with length from 1 to 3 months and an economic help up to EURO 1,300; b) Cooperation Groups, with a minimum length of 6 months and an economic help up to EURO 3,500.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in any undergraduate or master programme offered by the University Las Palmas Gran Canaria; must have their residence in Canarias. The call is also open to graduate students (must have graduated in the last two years).
