National University of Ireland, Maynooth - Paddy Harrington Golf Scholarships

General Description

The Paddy Harrington golf scholarship is offered by NUI Maynooth to top quality amateur golfers. With the assistance of its specialist golf team, successful students get training and access to golfing facilities. The scholarship offers non-monetary and monetary benefits. It is made possible through the collaboration of different institutes in partnership with NUI Maynooth. It includes 10 hours of training per week and 12 hours of coaching per month. Platinum and Gold Scholars also get €1,000 as well as R & A individual bursaries, which are offered through the R & A Foundation.

Requirements

For the R & A individual bursaries applicants must be enrolled in tertiary education. Recipients of the Paddy Harrington golf scholarship programme must be willing to compete at selected golf competitions.
