General Description
The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) hosts an annual workshop, “Summer Institute for European Student Leaders on Environmental Stewardship” in the US to foster leadership and environmental stewardship. The ECA also provides a scholarship to the workshop to 20 students. The scholarship covers all the participant’s expenses including travel, accommodation, means, admission to events and transportation.
Requirements
Candidates should be undergraduates, over 18 years old, with at least one more year of university study remaining. Candidates should have no more than limited previous travel experience in the US. Candidates should come from low or middle income families. Candidates should be proficient in English and have some leadership experience.
