General Description

The Bavarian State Ministry for Education, Science and Arts funded a scholarship for graduates form from Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia and Ukraine. It will be awarded for students who are going to continue their doctoral or post-graduate education at one of Bavarian universities. It is awarded for one year. Later, it can be extended for the period of another two years.

Requirements

Students applying for this scholarship should have a good command of German to be able to study at German university. Skills in other foreign languages are appreciated. Good academic performance at the student’s home country is required. PhD students submit the description of their research project in Bavaria. Students should have practical experience, such as internship, voluntary work, temporary jobs. They can also present achieved prizes, scholarships, publications etc.
