Province of Liège - Housing Loans for Young People

General Description

The Province of Liège has a household goods loan available for young people under the age of 35 to purchase household goods and furniture (excluding luxury and pleasure items). The maximum loan given is €4,000. The loan is repayable in equal installments over a period chosen by the borrower, but not to exceed 84 months.

Requirements

Applicants must be Belgian or EU nationals under the age of 35. Additional residency and co-signer requirements apply to non-Belgian nationals. Applicants must be income requirements: maximum monthly income of € 2,500.00 for a couple and € 1,500.00 for a single applicant. Applicants must commit to maintaining a home in the Province of Liège.
