University of Oxford - SIR ROGER NEWDIGATE PRIZE

General Description

Students with excellent English essay on the topic “Shakespeare’s Birthday” will be awarded a £450 prize. The composition must be less than 300 lines. Please place them in a sealed envelope with your codename on and with mark “Sir Roger Newdigate Prize”. The writer’s name, college and date of admission will submitted on a separate sealed envelope with the same code on. Entries should be submitted to the English Faculty Office.

Requirements

Only those undergraduate students who have spent not more than four years since admission in the University are the ones qualified to join in this contest.
