This scholarship has been created by the Karl-Gerold-Foundation. It aims to support the education of journalists at universities and professional schools. Therefore it tenders scholarships to suitable candidates. The maximum duration of support is 17 months. The exact amount is to be announced.

Requirements

This program addresses students of the journalistic discipline. Usually this program supports students enrolled in degree courses of independent journalist schools, such as the Berlin Journalist School, the German Journalist School Munich or the Protestant Media Academy/ Journalist School Berlin. The main selection criteria are financial indigence and good academic performance.
