The Estarreja Municipality opens a Higher Education Scholarship.

Requirements

Candidates should apply through the Education and Social Cohesion Services (Divisão de Educação e Coesão Social). To be able to apply students must meet these requirements cumulatively: They must have been living in the municipality of Estarreja for over 2 years. They must be 25 years old or younger. They cannot own a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or any other college degree diploma. They must have passed their last school year or have initiated their higher studies the school year prior to this scholarship application. They cannot have, on their own or through their household, a monthly income per capita higher than the Portuguese minimum wage.
