About this scholarship

What the grant supports

You receive a grant to help pay for a study or research stay abroad, as part of your education or research in food and natural resources. The amount is not published. The money goes towards the extra costs of your stay. It is not paid as a salary, and it does not cover books or other study costs in Copenhagen. The grant comes from a Danish foundation run through the Faculty of Science (SCIENCE) at the University of Copenhagen.

Who can apply

  • University: You study at the Faculty of Science (SCIENCE) at the University of Copenhagen, as a student or a graduate from that faculty.
  • Field of study: You study agriculture, food and veterinary science, or natural sciences.
  • Level: You are not a PhD student. PhD students cannot apply.
  • Where you go: Your study or research stay is abroad. In special cases, graduates can also get support for research in Denmark.

How to apply

You apply through the online form on KUnet, the University of Copenhagen's internal portal. The form is only open from 1 October to 1 November 2026. Attach a budget, because applications missing the required documents are not considered. Only successful applicants are notified.
