About this scholarship
Friends of the Environment Fund Scholarship
You will receive a sum of one-off payment of 2,000 EUR to support your Master’s thesis. The full amount will be paid to you as a one-off sum, not in monthly instalments, and must be spent within three years of the grant being awarded. The fund awards up to 10 of these grants each year, totalling around 20,000 EUR. The money comes from the ‘Friends of the Environment Fund’ (Ystävät ympäristölle -rahasto), one of the earmarked funds managed by the University of Helsinki’s funds.
