University of Birmingham - Allen Murray Centenary Scholarships

General Description

The Allen Murray Centenary Scholarship is established by Professor Sir Kenneth Murray in memory of his mother and father. The scholarship is available to full-time home undergraduate students entering their second year of study and will award them a £2,000 in each year. Each scholar will have their scholarship renewed in their third year provided they maintain a 2:1 standard of progression.

Requirements

Candidates must be from a low-income background and be of outstanding academic ability. They must study in the schools of Biosciences, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics and Physics and Astronomy.
