General Description
Students from Brazil study currently on a few programmes at Northumbria University, for example Engineering, Computing, Design, Architectural Technology, Biomedical Sciences, Forensic Science and many other programmes. Having a status of an international student, they may be awarded an International Academic Scholarship. This allowance is intended to support the best of the university students. A student’s chances to being awarded this scholarship depend on a few factors, such as their average mark, individual subject marks, the kind and level of already obtained qualifications and the type of institution where they studied previously. The amount of an allowance is £2,000 or £1,500, which is based on a student’s educational performance and general results achieved in prior levels of their education.Requirements
Students from Brazil, likewise all other international students, who want to be awarded an International Academic Scholarship must fulfil three requirements. Firstly, they need to have an overseas fee status. Secondly, they should be self-funding students. And thirdly, they should be signed up on a full-time course.
