Region of Brittany - Retraining Grant

General Description

The Region of Brittany offers retraining grants to laid-off workers or workers on employment insurance. These grants help workers finance new training opportunities. The programme offers 15 euros per hour of training to eligible workers, up to a maximum of 3,050 euros.

Requirements

The grants are open to workers who are in the process of being laid-off or who have been on employment insurance for at least three months. Workers whose current qualifications can not help them secure employment or workers who have no qualifications are also eligible. The grants cover all types of training. Training must take place in the Region of Brittany unless the training opportunity does not exist in the region. Training offered by correspondence will not be financed.
